Looks pretty good to me, although qualification may be hard to get at first unless you have a proven track record.

I wonder if that's just a temp thing or permanent. They still charge an annual fee for publishing on the Windows Store. It would be nice if they removed that altogether as it's nothing more than a cash grab. Especially considering their "industry standard" percentage share is already ridiculously above the breakeven point for providing the service.
I agree. It is an industry standard, but that doesn't mean it's not a rip off. We certainly don't need anything else tagged on to it.
